ViewOver is a free comparison service that allows users to:
- Visualize tourist circuits offered by Viator on a map
- Compare these circuits based on waypoints
- View approximate itineraries by city and transportation type (walking, cycling, etc.)
- Be redirected to the Viator website to make bookings
Important: ViewOver is a comparison service only. We do not sell tourist circuits and do not intervene in the commercial relationship between the user and Viator.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Using the ViewOver website implies full acceptance of these terms of service.

The service is accessible 24/7, except during maintenance or force majeure events.

The displayed geolocation data may be approximate and is provided for indicative purposes only. It should not be used for precise navigation.
6.3 Intellectual Property
- ViewOver content (design, code, organization) is protected by copyright
- Circuit data belongs to Viator
- Mentioned trademarks belong to their respective owners
7. Liability and Warranties
7.1 Limitation of Liability
ViewOver cannot be held responsible for:
- Inaccuracies in Viator circuit data
- Technical problems related to hosting or third-party services
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from service use
